We all just watched a Muslim family try to console their little monster girl rather than spank her for her rebellion…. she screamed like they were pulling out her teeth when they tried to take her home from the Chick-fil-A in Easton, Pa.
God is pretty clear that he expects you to control your children anyway you have to but to do it lovingly…
Remember what Jesus said when people tried to keep children from coming to Him? Many people took that story to mean that we’re supposed to let our children come to Jesus and in so doing just be as gentle with them as possible. But that’s not what God says:
Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell.
Proverbs 23:14 KJV
Remember, one day your children will be old enough to understand to know why you took the time to not let them be selfish – And they will love you for it.
It was all they could do for that ONE couple to control that little girl because they refused to control her. They never understood the Biblical principles of discipline because Islam is oppressive and Godless. What a breath of fresh air the next family was. 5 boys and 1 girl and all well-controlled by just Mom. Now which parent loved their children most?
God wants you to teach your children the right way and discipline is part of that training. Know this, how you train your children you will be held accountable for by God himself, so do a good job.
